Community guidelines
Lenj is for pushing yourself, not hurting yourself or anyone else.
- 1
Keep challenges safe
No dangerous stunts, dares that risk injury, drugs, heavy drinking, starving or purging, extreme fasting, sleep deprivation, or anything that could hurt you or someone else. If a challenge would worry a doctor, it doesn't belong here.
- 2
Stakes only affect you
A consequence for missing a goal must be voluntary, legal and safe, and only affect you: donating to a cause, doing a chore, cooking dinner. No pain, tattoos or body changes, no paying other people, no humiliation, and no stakes chosen for you by others.
- 3
Encourage, don't tear down
Comment on effort. No harassment, mocking someone who missed a goal, pile-ons, threats, hate or slurs. Missing a challenge is part of trying; we never shame it.
- 4
Be honest about proof
Only submit evidence that is yours and real. Edited screenshots, someone else's results or fake progress lead to removal, revoked trophies and possibly a suspended account.
- 5
Protect privacy
Don't post anyone's personal information. Cover ID numbers, addresses and other people's faces in evidence before you upload it; the redaction tool helps.
- 6
Keep it appropriate
No sexual content. Many people here are teenagers, and under-18 accounts get extra protection: they start private, only get invitations from people they follow, and never see ads.
- 7
Report problems
Use Report on any challenge, update, comment or profile. Reports are private. Moderators review them, and every action is logged. You can block anyone at any time.
If you're going through something difficult, you deserve support. Free, confidential helplines in many countries are listed at findahelpline.com. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number.
